We are Fool’s Theory, a company from Bielsko-Biała in Poland, creators of the game “Seven: The Days Long Gone”. Now that The Witcher Remake is in development, we are actively seeking skilled individuals to join our team for this project, developed in cooperation with CD PROJEKT RED studio. Responsibilities Searching for implementation solutions in the Unreal Engine 5 engine, using engine tools and editors, Creating shaders, physical simulations, postprocesses, gameplay effects, Implementing ready assets, Creating procedural effects / assets / features using Houdini, Graphics optimization, gpu and cpu profiling, Iterative work on created assets to improve their quality. Requirements Very good knowledge of Unreal Engine 5, Knowledge of Houdini, Knowledge of graphics implementation and optimization, Ability to work closely with other departments (programmers, 3d artists), Ability to independently plan your own work on created objects and search for references, Ability to create neat, consistent with the artistic vision and quality of effects / assets / features, Fluent English, Good communication skills and willingness to group work, Ability to solve problems.
