We are Fool’s Theory, a company from Bielsko-Biała in Poland, creators of the game “Seven: The Days Long Gone”. Now that The Witcher Remake is in development, we are actively seeking skilled individuals to join our team for this project, developed in cooperation with CD PROJEKT RED studio. Making sure we’re using the engine’s animation systems and tools in the best way possible. This includes implementing solutions to save on iteration time.
Cooperating with gameplay designers, animators, and technical teams (including a Technical Animator).
Researching and developing game-specific functionalities.
Knowledge of animation systems used in game development, with an emphasis on skeletal animation of 3D characters.
Solid C++ programming skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ablility to communicate in English.
Nice to have
Experience with the Unreal Engine.
A key role in the process of developing current and future projects.
