About the job
We are Fool’s Theory, a company from Bielsko-Biała in Poland, creators of the game Seven: The Days Long Gone and The Thaumaturge.
We are actively seeking skilled individuals to join our team to work on a project developed in cooperation with CD PROJEKT RED.

Responsibilities
- Creating quests - from concept through design and implementation in Unreal Engine 5.
- Preparing and maintaining design documentation.
- Planning and integrating assets required for the creation of the quests.
- Closely collaborating with other departments to deliver the highest possible quality.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quest Design or a similar role within the video game industry.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of interactive storytelling.
- Critical thinking and analytical mind.
- Proficiency with visual scripting tools.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine and Blueprint scripting skills.
- Experience with pen&paper role playing systems.
