We are Fool’s Theory, a company from Bielsko-Biała in Poland, creators of the game Seven: The Days Long Gone and The Thaumaturge.
We are actively seeking skilled individuals to join our team to work on a project developed in cooperation with CD PROJEKT RED.

Responsibilities
- Coordinating a team of quest designers, helping schedule workloads (daily, weekly, and for every milestone).
- Overseeing and coordinating the work of the Quest Team, with cooperation with the other Narrative Leads and Design Director.
- Cooperating with all Content Teams in delivering high-quality pieces of narrative content.
- Leading team in quests prototyping.
- Mentoring and providing the Quest Team with feedback.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in a similar position.
- At least one AAA title published.
- Independence in planning and performing tasks.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to clearly convey constructive feedback and display willingness to work in a group.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Imagination, creativity and the ability to transfer knowledge to others.
- Ability to solve problems as they present themselves.
- Ability to work in a structured and organised manner.
- Work experience with RPG elements in PC/Console video games.
- Knowledge of modern solutions and trends in narrative design.
- A narratively analytical approach to games.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine and Blueprint scripting skills.
- Experience with pen & paper role playing systems.
- Participation in game jams.
