We are Fool’s Theory, a company from Bielsko-Biała in Poland, creators of the game Seven: The Days Long Gone and The Thaumaturge.
We are actively seeking skilled individuals to join our team to work on a project developed in cooperation with CD PROJEKT RED.

Responsibilities
- Manage hardware procurement, including placing and tracking orders.
- Research and recommend appropriate hardware solutions to meet business needs.
- Maintain accurate records in the hardware inventory system.
- Prepare IT equipment for new hires and current employees.
- Oversee the IT aspects of the employee onboarding process.
- Perform routine maintenance and service of IT equipment.
- Provide technical support to employees both onsite and remotely.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Act as a liaison between Fool’s Theory employees and third-party helpdesk providers.
- Communicate with external contractors to resolve technical issues.
- Track and report IT incidents, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Maintain and update IT documentation regularly.
- Escalate complex issues to IT administrators as necessary.
- Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by the employer.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of computer hardware components and architecture.
- Hands-on experience in assembling, troubleshooting, and maintaining PCs and related hardware.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and techniques for identifying hardware issues.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts.
- Minimum of secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluency in English at a minimum B2 level (both spoken and written).
- Willingness to learn, grow, and continuously improve technical skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with network solutions (switches, routers, firewalls - especially FortiGate and MikroTik).
- Experience in administering Active Directory.
- Knowledge of virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and Proxmox.
- Understanding of server operating systems, including Microsoft Windows Server 2019 or newer, and Linux.
- Experience with Google Workspace administration.
- Basic knowledge of Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions.
- Driver's license.
