Responsibilities

• Taking care of the office space and ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.

• Cooperating with building administration and external service providers (e.g., cleaning staff, building administrators).

• Monitoring and replenishing office supplies and groceries.

• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, courier services, deliveries).

• Supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of the reception area.

• Preparing, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Handling office and warehouse equipment as needed.

• Maintaining and updating stock levels, performing regular inventory checks, and managing storage organization.

• Proposing and implementing creative office initiatives based on a defined budget (e.g., seasonal decorations, holiday activities, special occasions).

• Supporting the organization of company events and office engagement activities.

• Cooperating closely with the Office Manager and other back-office team members.

• Taking care of document flow and archiving.

• Coordinating business travel for employees (booking accommodation, tickets).

• Entering invoices into the system and working closely with the Accounting department.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Polish.

• Very good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Very good organisational skills.

• Flexibility.

• Category B driving license required.
