Responsibilities
Manage IT hardware assets and maintain accurate inventory of assigned equipment.
Prepare and deploy end-user devices (laptops, peripherals) according to company standards.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes (device setup and return).
Provide daily IT support to employees (onsite and remote), focusing on hardware and basic software issues.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network connectivity problems.
Install, configure, and update standard software packages.
Perform routine maintenance of IT equipment and ensure its reliability.
Coordinate hardware repairs and warranty services with vendors.
Track and resolve IT incidents and service requests in ticket system.
Maintain basic IT documentation and asset records.
Collaborate with the IT team and escalate complex issues when needed.
Requirements
Solid understanding of computer hardware components and architecture.
Hands-on experience in assembling, troubleshooting, and maintaining PCs and related hardware.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and techniques for identifying hardware issues.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts.
Minimum of secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
Fluency in English at a minimum B2 level (both spoken and written).
Willingness to learn, grow, and continuously improve technical skills.
Nice to have
Basic understanding of networking concepts (switches, routers, firewalls.)
Basic experience with Active Directory administration.
General awareness of virtualization technologies (e.g. Hyper-V, Proxmox).
Basic knowledge of server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
Experience or willingness to learn Google Workspace administration.
Introductory knowledge of Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions.
Category B driving license is a plus.
